BOARD OF DIRECTORS SELF EVALUATION Using Directorship standards developed by the National
Association of Corporate Directors, Board Options, Inc. will work with Boards
to avoid time-consuming, frustrating Board Self Evaluation Big Event. Our
model is to help Board members construct self-scoring, time limited programs
each year as part of an on-going Board of Director Continuous Self
Improvement Program. It is about
creating a sustainable process of Board Self Evaluation rather than an
